Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of the TwinShot iOS app ("TwinShot," "the app"). By using TwinShot you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

TwinShot generates images that place you into a pose or scene using identity photos you provide and a pose image (catalog, your library, or a public Pinterest Pin). Features, models, credit amounts, and limits may change. We do not guarantee any particular likeness, pose match, or photographic result. Output may fail, be delayed, or be refused (including for safety / NSFW filters).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use TwinShot. If you use the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms.

4. Your content and rights

You are responsible for the photos, Pin URLs, and other content you submit. You represent that you have the rights needed to use that content in TwinShot, including consent from people whose likeness appears in identity photos. You must not submit images of other people without their permission, or content you do not have the right to use. TwinShot is not affiliated with Pinterest; sharing a Pin does not grant you extra rights in that Pin.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your submitted and generated images solely to operate TwinShot (including sending them to our generation provider). We do not claim ownership of your photos.

5. Premium, credits, and billing

  • TwinShot may include a limited onboarding sample. Ongoing generation requires an active Premium subscription as shown in the app. Purchased credit packs do not unlock generation by themselves while a subscription is inactive.
  • Subscriptions are offered through the Apple App Store (currently weekly and annual). Optional credit packs are App Store consumables. Prices are those shown by Apple at the time of purchase for your storefront.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID subscription settings.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions). Deleting the app or your TwinShot account does not cancel Apple billing.
  • Restoring purchases is available in the app for eligible App Store transactions. Sign in with Apple is required before purchase or restore.
  • Unused subscription credits reset when a weekly window lapses. Purchased pack credits persist until spent, subject to these Terms and the requirement of an active subscription to generate.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use TwinShot to create sexual, exploitative, or non-consensual imagery, including of minors
  • Impersonate someone else or generate their likeness without permission
  • Misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt services
  • Abuse credits, restore, or other account systems
  • Reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information. It is part of how we operate the service alongside these Terms.

8. Disclaimer and liability

TwinShot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the app is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for TwinShot subscriptions in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50, to the extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases the limits apply to the maximum extent allowed.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and may delete your account in Profile. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
